And this is when I get cuffed but not (yet) taken away:
the italk2much blog reviews Humanyms.
My favorite comment from the review?
“My train of thought regularly jumps wide chasms but DAYM! “Keep your brain and arms inside the ride at all times for your own personal safety and mental welfare†should be on the header!” (from Texan Rhianna)
And, so far as reply to comments at italk2much, I know that IE and WordPress templates are a poor mix. But Looks like somebody made a fix at WP support.
Update: The sidebar for IE should be up in place now but not exactly right yet. When I get the time I’ll fix that wonky sidebar the rest of the way.
Now taking nominations for a more pithy pertinent tagline… Keep your arms in at all time… 😉 Other ideas?
Now, just for fun how about I pile on 10 other topics… 😉
Ok, I’ve only got 3 in mind:
Upcoming: Ottawa’s 22nd Vintage Clothing Sale is next Sunday. 2000 people usually come between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. to get clothing from the 1890s to the 1970s. I have forgotten most years but it’s coming again on the 12th to the Fairmont Chateau Laurier, Ottawa. Cross wood and knock fingers I’ll remember.
Tech Link: Do you know about scroogle.org/? It is “middleman” between you and google. Why? It takes your search string, gets google results for you and plays pingpong with your info and their info to scrape off IP addresses so your strong can’t be traced back to your IP address.
Quote: “What if your family and friends aren’t readers? A friend
once came to my home and stared in awe, or perhaps horror, at our
floor-to-ceiling bookshelves. “You don’t actually READ all those
books, do you?” she asked. I felt like replying, “Um, no, we
just keep them for insulation.” — Moira Allen (in Sept 06, Writer’s Desk Editorial)
