I wanted to give you the whole world, you know.
Tried dragging it from Queens
With a pickup truck,
The whole goddamn things
Clattering and sparking…

Devilry I’d Enjoy Dreaming Up More than Actually Doing:
- composing a dessert recipe disguising brussels sprouts
- training the cat (ha!) to sit on the table to eat from plates to scandalize one certain guest.
- a huge honking bullwhip over the bed for guests to avoid looking at
- spend the night writing peace poetry in chalk on the sidewalk all around the US
fortressembassy to offset its Cardassian architecture and gated setbacks.

Glad Game: Sunshine. Walk. Cheery Edgard Bori music. People filming in the park. Sitting shoulder to shoulder. Buying tomatoes from the market that smell like tomatoes. Crepes. Dogs with funny haircuts.
Happy Thanksgiving to all who are celebrating.
Thanks for a great post – it really made me smile!
Yes, It’s harvest celebration time and I’ve shared my experience in Sweden. Hope you’ll have a lovely and Happy Thanksgiving too!
The glad game is my favorite part. Always very nice.
I would like to let the cats eat off the plates in front of my mom…or the dogs. That would be much worse for her!
Actually I wish I could train the cats to DO the dishes!

Your glad game always leaves me smiling.
